-Development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
-Achievement of financial targets.
-Management and control of staff.
-Grow the company to the next level.
-Enhance company’s positive image and maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction.
-Analyze market and re-focus business plan in response to market changes.
-Keep all staff involved and motivated.
2-Skills
-Fluency in English, Effective Communication skills.

Sales Manager
-Degree in Sales and Marketing.
-At least 8 years of experience in sales the tourism field.
-Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
-Meeting planned sales goals.
-Setting individual sales targets with the team.
-Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
-Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
-Promoting the organization and products.
Travel Consultant
-Degree in travel and tourism.
-At least 4 years of experience in the field.
-Customer service skills.
-Displayed professionalism and product knowledge.
-Make all necessary booking arrangements (flights, cruises, resorts, hotels, cars, visas…).
Ticketing agent
-Degree in ticketing.
-At least 6 years of experience in the field (Amadeus system).
-Helping client to reach his destination via the best route and at the lowest cost.
-Must be familiar with schedules and be able to answer questions about travel times, connections and layovers.
-Make all necessary booking arrangements (flights, hotels, visas…).
